Divorce Mediation Coaching & Consulting

You know you want to resolve your divorce with as little damage to yourself, your family, and your bank account as possible.

You’ve heard divorce mediation may be the way to go.  But you wonder whether it will work for you because your spouse can be difficult and your situation has some challenges.

You’re about to embark on a legal process you don’t know much about and make high-stakes decisions on critical issues that will affect your future for years to come.

All of this is expected of you at a time when intense emotions may be making it challenging to see your situation objectively or stay at the negotiating table.

And you don’t know what’s reasonable to ask for in terms of a settlement.

You want to get this right.  But you’re not sure how or where to start.

That’s okay.  You’re not supposed to know how to do that already.

With more than 16 years of experience as a Southern California divorce professional, I do.  And I can teach you how to handle divorce mediation like a pro through my signature program, The Sensible Split

Don’t waste time, money, and effort going into mediation unprepared.

If you’re looking for a professional divorce coach that can help you successfully navigate divorce mediation, look no further.

With a background as a highly experienced divorce attorney and trained mediator, I am passionate about helping women learn to successfully engage in divorce mediation.

After 15 years in the courtroom, I empower women to stay out of it whenever reasonably possible.

Instead, I show clients how they can divorce in a way that is designed to minimize legal fees, maintain more control over the outcome, maximize the potential for their post-divorce life, and resolve the process more quickly and efficiently.

You do not have to have a long, drawn-out, expensive, and ugly divorce process.  I can show you how you can do better for yourself and your family.

What My Clients Are Saying

FAQs

It’s true divorce is a financially challenging time for many people.  Even though hiring a divorce coach is an investment, you will save an immeasurable amount of time and money on legal fees and mediator fees when you work with an alternative dispute resolution divorce coach because you will be prepared, supported, and positioned to make smarter and more efficient decisions.  Tune into The Sensible Split Podcast Episode 24 to learn more.

As early in the process as possible! Although a divorce coach can help you at any stage in the process, the best time to begin working with a divorce coach is when you’re contemplating divorce or have already decided to divorce but do not know what to do next.

Absolutely!  We work with clients who have attorneys and clients who do not.  One of the benefits to having a coach while you have an attorney is that the coach can help you to use your attorney as efficiently and strategically as possible so you can spend your money on legal fees wisely.

A divorce coach does not provide legal advice but can provide education whenever possible.  In addition, because of my background as a lawyer, I know how to help you efficiently identify issues you may want to obtain legal advice, which allows you to use your attorney more cost-effectively.  If you want to combine coaching with legal advice in connection with divorce mediation, I am able to offer both through my law firm, Fair Cadora, APC.  Just inquire!

My divorce mediation coaching packages start at $2,500.

Let's Talk

I understand that figuring out your next steps in your divorce can be overwhelming and stressful.

The decisions you make early on in the divorce process can seriously impact how long your divorce takes, how much it costs, and how much control you have over the outcome.

The first step is to request a consultation.  I can help you take it from there.
